Discription of Events: He failed to yield at a yield sign when I had the right of way. I didn\'t think it was a big deal because I had a green light to go straight when he had a yield sign making a slight right turn. I didn\'t stop. So when I got to a stop sign he threw a water bottle at my car. I guess he got mad I didn\'t let him go when he had a yield sign. i think he has anger/mental issues or just incompetent and don\'t care how he acts in public. I just want to report it just in case anything else happens in the future.
