Discription of Events: Driver came up behind us horn blaring, then swerves around us cutting us off going on an entrance ramp. He cuts in front of us and then gets on the ramp and proceeds to drive 2 miles per hour to purposely make us angry. After we merge onto Rt 1 he continues aggressive driving tactics, sitting the middle of two lanes so we cant pass, speeding then slamming brakes to cause us further anger. He then does this to other cars around us.
