Discription of Events: Young female driver ran me off the road by crossing into the passing lane, RIGHT WHERE I WAS DRIVING, just after accessing Rte. 378 North from on ramp. Proceeded to speed at least 75mph, but was slowed down on Rte. 22 Eastbound as it was 5:50 on a Friday. I was able to get the tag number then.
