Discription of Events: Around 10 PM, by Clifton NJ heading South on Garden State Parkway. Reckless driving. Wouldnt let my vehicle pass to the right to turn into my exit. Kept speeding up and slowing down purposely not letting me pass. Had to exit two exits passed my original exit.
