Discription of Events: Driver heading west on TV hwy doing approximately 55mph in a 45mph zone tailgates the driver next to me, speeds up, slams on brakes locking up tires smoke billowing from skid, driver loses control and jumps the median before sliding sideways into the Safeway/ riteaid parking lot. It was bad enough it caught the attention of many bystanders so I pulled over and took a pic of the car.
