Discription of Events: Passing without signalling, and passing opposite of a ONE way road to surpass my car at 100 km/hr speed on a 70km road. Driver kept tailgating even on a one way road. Driver's car have tinted windows therefore, difficult to tell the gender. Driver tailgated till in Aurora on Leslie and Wellington.
