Discription of Events: Driving through a neighborhood and she saw me coming from the side street that she was on, but decided to pull out anyways. I had to slam on my breaks so that I wouldnt hit into her. She then proceeded to speed up and she was swerving all over the road. I tried to keep my distance as much as possible and then she slammed on her breaks in the middle of the road. She then started driving again and she ran a stop sign in a school zone!
