Discription of Events: Swerved without warning over and over again across 2 lanes of traffic, plus breakdown lane/right-hand turn lanes while nearly hitting several cars for no reason whatsoever. Driver was white. Appeared to have rear ended a woman in a black sedan at a red light, again for no reason. The silver Audi was definitely at fault. They were driving like they were virtually blind.
