Discription of Events: This Nissan altima came flying out of nowhere making a tight right turn at at least 25mph-30mph and the tires were screeching and everything as he made his turn completely blowing the stop sign with no bakes ever applied!. I was on my motorcycle and this car in a neighborhood of all places almost hit a black Honda Accord while making his turn and if I was another 20-25 feet ahead I would have been hit and sandwiched between the two cars. Driver showed no care to stop and look because it wasn't 4 way stop so traffic doesn't stop either direction.
