Discription of Events: This driver was trying to cause an accident. First, she was going 15 mph under the speed limit and holding up traffic, and when I tried to pass her she sped up and changed lanes several times to cut me off. She then proceeded for several miles down Alma School Rd going at least 15-20 mph over the speed limit and weaving in and out of traffic recklessly, cutting off other drivers. She's very lucky that she didn't actually hit anyone. The driver is a young lady with dark hair and glasses.
