Discription of Events: I was driving NB on Vista Blvd. near Los Altos Pkwy, but before Disc Dr. Reckless driver was cutting in and out of traffic. When I decided to move into the left lane this driver nearly hit me and forced me back into the right lane. He was not a professional driver on a closed course; he was an unskilled driver on a public road. Date: 23 Dec 2022, time: 1445 hrs.
