Discription of Events: They first were tailgating me through town in Ligonier. When we were passing by the school, they floored it, got in the left turn lane to turn into the school but did not turn, instead they flew around me. They caught up to a car which had a semi in front of it and tailgated the car because it wouldn't pass the semi but they were doing 60-63 in a 55. They kept crossing the center line as if they were going to pass both the car and the semi even when it was a double yellow as well as when cars were coming from the other direction.
