Discription of Events: Pulled out in front of me on Hamric Drive in Oxford, AL almost causing me to wreck, then once he realized I was upset he chased my car down tailgating me. When I hit my brakes and slowed down almost to a stop to get him to back off, he threw something at my car, hitting it, and then making a quick left once on Snow Street. I was able to read his tag and he needs to be given a ticket. Psychopath.
