Discription of Events: The driver of this FedEx van turned, out of a parking lot, in front of my vehicle. I had to slam my brakes and swerve to the shoulder in order to not hit the van. I was lucky there was no cars on the shoulder. I was in the right lane when this happend and the left lane was closed for construction, and workers were on site. This FedEx driver not only put my life in danger, but the lives of the contruction workers and people living in the surrounding appartments. P.S. Thank you FedEx for pulling out right in front of my vehivle and making me damage my brakes and rotors trying to avoid your company van.
