Discription of Events: This man switched lanes aggressively. Cutting off the woman behind me and almost took off my back bumper. He was right on my tail so I tapped the breaks. Then flipped him off. He then got in the other lane and attempted to run me off the road. He got about half way into my lane. I was in the shoulder before he moved back into his lane. He then sped and got in front of me to only hit his breaks.
