Discription of Events: Seen flying down Chandler Heights at 2am. Cut me off a one lane and nearly killed me. Proceeded to speed away at over 100 miles an hour just to get stopped at the red light ahead, this is where I saw this persons plate. What an idiot , seemed to be swerving out of control on the road as well. Look out !
