Discription of Events: This driver was driving recklessly on Belmont going north and he was driving at least 100 mph or more, I noticed him after I had pulled on his side and when the green light turned he speed so fast and then I caught him at the stoplight and took a picture while behind him and called 911 and explain the situation and hopefully a cop had caught him or KARMA one day!
