Discription of Events: Sped up and honked aggressively when I tried to merge in (they were fully within view of my side mirror AND I was already speeding up so there was significant room between us). Also ran a red light at the intersection of Baltimore Pike and 202 (12/9/18 at 2:57PM - there are red light cameras at the intersection so the incident has been reported).
