Discription of Events: This truck tried to pass me on the right where there were cars parked so I honked to alert him and he dodged the cars but then got in front of me and slammed on his breaks so quickly I had to go into the opposite lane which could have caused me a head on collision. Then he wouldnt move until I tried to get back in the correct lane and he started driving so I couldnt. This was on 8/21/2020 at around 6:20 am.
