Discription of Events: Passed a vehicle on a busy two way road with multiple traffic lights that is under construction. Then at a red light took a left hand turn in front of oncoming traffic that was turning right and almost caused an accident with 2 other vehicles. Appeared a child was sitting in the front seat as well.
