Discription of Events: IF YOU SEE THIS CAR OR PLATE CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY AND ALERT THEM TO WHERE THE CAR AND DRIVER ARE. Do not contact the driver. Owner may be armed with my 12 gauge shot gun and a glock pistol. The car and plate are involved in my car being stolen and a long list of other crimes. On october 26th 2021 my car and all of its contents was stolen from the Aurora Oaks Enhanced Shelter at 16357 Aurora Ave N Shoreline Washington. The Honda detailed is owned by one "Vitaliy Yagolnikov", whos car was present during the theft and also followed my car out of the parking lot. This was captured on video. From the police report that car and plate are involved in a long series of crimes via the Linx Database. Vitaliy also has an extensive criminal record.
