Discription of Events: A white van tailgated the car behind me causing him to tailgate me. Traffic was very heavy and there was nowhere to move over to. The car behind me finally moved over and he proceeded to tailgate me less than 2 ft away. He finally passed me on the right in a narrow opening going at least 90. I watched as he continued to do this to half a dozen other vehicles until exiting towards downtown Kalamazoo.
