Discription of Events: On the Palisades parkway getting off exit 18, the driver was upset that I merged in front of him and at the end of the exit he cut past cars that were waiting behind me and almost hit my car to cut me off. Then as traffic starts moving he drives slow and tries to get me to slam into his back which is already dented.
