Discription of Events: Lady flew through a stop sign. It was such a sharp turn, you could see the car weight go to one side. I left the stop sign and she didnt stop. Had I not braked I wouldve hit her side. Then she proceeded to go almost 80 mph when she cut in front of a fast car. He tried to pass her, but she would speed and block him from passing.
