Discription of Events: Near 5090 S Atlanta Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. August 29, 2018. Time 8:45 am. A middle aged woman was busy with her phone, distracted and slowing down one of the busiest intersections in west Atlanta. I signaled her from my car to warn that she needs to watch the road and not her phone. Mind you, Georgia is a handsfree state and you are not even allowed to touch your phone. We were headed in the same direction. After 1-2 miles she fell behind and approached my car from behind and took the picture of my license plate. Another violation. Be careful. She is very reckless and dangerous.
