Discription of Events: This young man was driving like a maniac. He was tailgating me and my family. Every time i would try to switch lanes he would speed up and once i got over he would swirve into the lane and flip me off and then swirve in front of me and brake almost causing me to rear end him. We nearly crashed into him coming around the bend on north kolb road when he decided to switch lanes on front of me when there wasnt enough room and then brake. I honked and he laughed flipped me off and kept going. I moved into a u-turn lane and he kept going. He then u-turned at the light ahead and drove past us just to roll his window down and laugh and flip us off and take off again.
