Discription of Events: 17 yo female reckless driving October 21, 2023 through the Cardinal Run neighborhood in Bothell, almost striking 2 children riding their bikes. The girl was probably going over twice the posted speed limit of 20mph. When confronted, the teenager was nasty and threatened my life.
