Discription of Events: Caucasian snotty brat residing at John Poulter Road in Lexington, MA continuing to speed, revving off in a loud muffled lemon-dump Nissan 370/Z (MA Plate CPJ33, VIN JN1AZ4EH4CM562838), tearing through the night towards Waltham Gulf station and onto route 2 East. Snot-nosed brat doesn't realize that there are infants and small children trying to sleep and students trying to study for school and to get an education. Seems like the snot-nosed brat holds a night time job out along there off of route 2 East. You have to wonder who's the delinquent household member feeding and supporting this reckless hoodlum's delinquent problem behavior.
