Discription of Events: This car was driving all over the road, was going about 100, flipping me off for being in his way when I was going the speed limit. He cut me off, brake checked me, tailgated me, was trying to pass eveyone and swerve in between lanes. It was an older man, with a beard and mustache, he was driving insane, he is going to hurt someone.
