Discription of Events: The driver of the Honda went on the shoulder lane to pass my car, then he went in front of me and when I was moving lanes, he will move in front of me. He was hitting his breaks in order for my vehicle to hit me. Then on 287 exit 66 towards 17S NJ he stopped completely and then changed from the left lane all the way to continue on 287S. He stopped completely in order for me to hit him. It all happend from 87S to 287S and exit 66 towards 17S NJ 15New Jersey - I-287 - NJ Route 17 South30.1715ASloatsburg - Suffern - NY Routes 17 North & 59
