Discription of Events: Going well over speed limit (guess of 40 MPH+ on 30 MPH street) and passed single lane traffic in the opposite oncoming lane on NE Chowning Drive in Kansas City, MO at 4:00 PM. There is a park right there where kids often play, that is very dangerous!
