Discription of Events: Driver cut RIGHT (and without signalling) over a double-white line from Belt Parkway-bound lane to middle lane in front of a blue Honda minivan and took out the minivans driver side mirror. He then sped off without stopping to exchange for information or anything. Driver was white male in 50s.
