Discription of Events: Swerving on the Garden State Parkway. He initially exited from Union NJ into the Parkway, not looking at incoming traffic, he swerves into my vehicle. Then he proceeded to speed towards the toll area almost hitting two other vehicles in order to pass the toll area. I decided to go to the far right away from him and he then speeds, cutting everyone off on his right in order to get in front of me. Scared for my life...
