Discription of Events: I was driving the speed limit, maybe 5 over and reasonablespace between the person in front. This truck was tailgating, with enough space to go around. They decide to be inches away from me. I don\'t move, so they decide to to shine their high beams???? What does that mean? Are you trying to intimidate me with your lights and your truck?
