Discription of Events: On Sunday, March 5 at 5:15 PM, I was attempting to merge on to 73 South from Fellowship Road. Since the pickup truck was far behind, I sped up to get ahead of him. I noticed then he was picking up speed. He was swerving back and forth between lanes, trying to make up his mind as to whether to pass me on the left or stay behind me. He then proceeded to charge at me diagonally. The only way for me to avoid an accident was to drive onto the shoulder. I'm glad no one was in my way, as I had to move quickly. As he passed, he waved his finger at me and laughed.
