Discription of Events: Silver sedan with Italy flag Tailing closely, attempted to cut off my vehicle with swerving from adjacent lane into my lane too soon. I had to hard brake to avoid collision twice - once when the driver cut me off and next when the driver suddenly braked in front of me.
