Discription of Events: It was some white van with no windows at the back and ladders(?) on top, they proceeded to almost slam into my bumper when I was indicating to go into the left lane, where once in front of me they started swerving in the lane, almost crossing into the barrier and the other lane (to the right) beside the driver. They continued to tailgate the people in front of me and failed to indicate when they swerved through traffic as well, cutting off people frequently; unsure if they are just a bad driver, were intoxicated, or were distracted by a mobile device or something else.
