Discription of Events: As I was driving the speed limit this car comes behind me and starts flashing their headlights which I at first was confused at since I did not know this was a harassing indicator to speed up. Then, the driver swerves around me to the lane on my right and honks and zooms up, cuts in front of me, and then swerves in fromt of another car in the right lane again. PURE harassment. I hope they run in with the law soon for this behavior.
