Discription of Events: Was on lake ruby in winter haven I was going 35 in a 35 when they sped around me going at least 50 in a 35 if not more. This is a rural area where kids play and people leave their houses. Speeding around cars like that and down lake Ruby is extremely unsafe. The speed limit is 35 for a reason. Really wish we could get police out on that road to help make it safe.
