Discription of Events: At 2AM on 12/31/17 the driver of a black 13' Chevrolet Camaro was being reckless and blocking traffic by doing donuts in the road and spinning out. There was also another car at the scene a Chevrolet Impala or Monte Carlo doing the same thing. They did this first on 10 Mile Rd by the Marathon Gas Station & Huntington Bank then in the middle of the intersection of 10 Mile and Schoenherr. They were possibly drunk looks like they came out of the Blue Finn Bar.
