Discription of Events: Speeding, going at least 70 in a 50 mph zone and swerving through cars, and I saw them nearly hit a guy on a motorcycle because of their stupid driving. They were also throwing garbage out the window. This happened on M-21, at around 8:20pm on June 8th.
