Discription of Events: Very aggressive driver in a Purple 2018 Dodge Charger R/T 392. He was tailgating me ever since he turned off of Melody Rd on to Stephens Rd. He tailgated and attempted to pass me on Stephens Rd which has a solid yellow line. After I turned onto 9 Mile from Hayes, he stopped on 9 Mile Rd in a attempt to follow me then eventually turned right on Gratiot.
