Discription of Events: The driver (White male in his 40-50s)and his passenger (White female on her 40s) were tailgating and harassing drivers on M-39 between 6 and 8 Mile road. Driver speeding and passenger yelling racial slurs through her window while passinf drivers. Jumped two lanes, almost causing a spin out, and came up on Schoolcraft.
