Discription of Events: Driver was not paying attention. Driver was also wearing headphones. Completely ignored stop sign and rolled through a one lane narrow bridge not stopping for opposing traffic. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting him and almost crashed into the side of the bridge. The driver did not even acknowledge me or stop.
