Discription of Events: Driver was SPEEDING and failed to stop at a stop sign almost hitting another driver. Driver has really bad driving habits and is a danger to the motoring public. The driver also needs to probably get their eyes checked because they obviously has a bad superscript or they are just plainly a really rude driver with no manners.
