Discription of Events: Female Subject was SPEEDING, RECKLESS DRIVING, RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, RECKLESS CHILD ENDANGERMENT, Ran through Stop Signs almost hitting other motorist. Subject Rose Thomas has a long history of Traffic Violations dating back in Pennsylvania where she is from. If someone doesnt put a stop to this terrible DRIVING Behavior, someone will end up getting severely injured or killed. Her Insurance Company needs to get a hold of this and put a stop to her DRIVING Behavior. This driver needs to be careful and not be in such a hurry running through stop signs, or SPEEDING way over the speed limit. The police also need to take aggressive action on her DRIVING Behavior also.
