Discription of Events: Driver was SPEEDING RECKLESSLY Driving 65mph plus in a 25mph Residential ZONE. Driver was seen blowing through a Stop Sign almost hitting other motorist. Also this driver put children at risk of a major injury accident. Driver is seen multiple times a day DRIVING this way all the time.
