This driver almost caused a traffic crash dur to their not stopping at a Posted Stop Sign on a State MAINTAIN Road. This careless driver made on coming traffic stop due to their may be DRIVING under the influence of Drugs Paraphernalia or Alcohol. This driver is being a danger to the public. If this driver does not change the way they drive they will cause injury to others. This driver doesnt take highway safety very seriously.
