Discription of Events: This driver sped up to block anyone from merging as the road went from one lane to two. Later, she nearly hit my car trying to get in front of me instead of behind when there were no other cars behind me. She veered into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a car she didnt see making a turn. Just an awful driver.
