Discription of Events: This guy is weaving in & out of traffic and tailgating. Pulling in front of people when there was barely any room so we had to slam on our brakes coming to a red light everyone was slowing down. Then he proceeded to get into the turning lane to get in front of a truck pulling a trailer that was going the speed limit. I guess it was too slow for him.
